Are you a driven, high calibre, talented and ambitious Specification Sales Professional with experience and a proven track record in promoting Commercial Interior Products to Key A&D Practices, Tier 1, Tier 2 Contractors and Specialist Office Fit-Out / D&B clients within the Commercial Office and Workplace sector? If so, we are working with an award-winning, trend-setting and innovative market-leading Manufacturer of highly sustainable and design-led Acoustic Solutions. Due to organic growth, they are seeking to recruit an experienced, well-connected, and proven SPECIFICATION SALES MANAGER to join their already well-established team in Central London to drive profitable business growth via securing framework and partnership agreements and succeeding on a project-by-project basis. Responsibilities * Raise our client€™s profile in the A&D and Office Fit-Out, Design & Build and Interior Contractor sector, expanding, growing, developing, and nurturing the existing customer base through strong business development and relationship building skills, devising, and executing strategic business development plans and sharing project information resulting in profitable sales and account growth. * Demonstrate strong and diplomatic negotiation skills * Generating new business through proactiveness in the marketplace. * Manage and develop Key Accounts * Be confident in promoting solutions on design & sustainability capabilities over and above price * Networking and entertaining clients and customers * Embracing the Interior Contractor and Design Community. * Grow sales within agreed target markets: Workplace | Commercial Office * Grow and maintain a robust sales pipeline * Collaborate with colleagues with professionalism and integrity on projects which are interconnected across the business, supporting each other, and communicating proactively and effectively to ensure they are in the best position to win and secure business. * Be relaxed and professional when holding product forums, lunch and learns CPD presentations and other networking, brand awareness/promotion events * Complete administration on time so that accurate analysis reports can be prepared for use in the measurement of progress and forward planning. ESSENTIAL Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required * To be considered Candidates MUST be happy to commute to London regularly and have an excellent working knowledge of who€™s who in the target sales channels and the inner ways and workings of how to successfully manage a Commercial Office / Workplace construction project sales cycle from inception through to completion. * To be considered Candidates MUST have at least 4-5 years of experience promoting a design-led product or service offering along with an in-depth understanding of sustainability, carbon neutral, and building regulations and have proven success in profitably securing work and project managing them from inception through to completion. * To be considered Candidates MUST have a strong network of relationships, connections and a complete 360-degree understanding of the A&D, Fit Out / D&B / Main / Sub Contractors companies that operate within the Commercial office/workplace arena. * Experience in successfully managing long-term project selling cycles * Evidence of stability and success in a similar role. * Must have a growth mindset and must be a proactive field sales professional * Team player * Computer literate (to include Excel) * Entrepreneurial profile: High motivation, dynamism, and autonomy to develop your own business on the specified territory, with methodology and constant focus. * A natural networker, at ease with building relationships at all levels, and identifying decision-makers and key stakeholders across the sales channels. * A driven sales professional who can grow the existing account base and is confident working on new and exciting design-led projects Salary & Benefits Strong Basic Salary (Up To £70,000 – Larger Basic Potentially Available D.O.E) + 20%- 25% OTE (Personal & Company Contribution Commission Scheme €“ Paid Twice Yearly) + Travel + Pension + Bupa Healthcare + Mobile + Laptop + Company Credit Card + 25 Days Holiday + Career Development Opportunities Location: Central London
