As they continue to expand their portfolio, they are seeking a dedicated and talented Assistant Site Manager to join their dynamic team. Position Overview: As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of high-end residential projects from inception to completion. Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you will ensure that construction activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines. Key Responsibilities: * Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control. * Monitor daily progress on-site, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly. * Collaborate with the project team to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and budgetary constraints. * Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing site safety protocols and conducting regular site inspections. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. * Assist with document control, including maintaining accurate records of site activities, RFIs, change orders, and as-built drawings. * Support the Site Manager in managing and mentoring on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers.
