Assistant Site Manager required on a New Build residential project in Gallions Reach, Beckon €“£65 million, RC Frame Residential Project Role: Assistant Site Manager Location: Gallions Reach, Beckon Company Overview: My client is a recognised Contractor, specialising in public sector developments and private residential schemes in the South East. They have a full order book up until 2026 and a healthy land bank, making them ideal place to work. Project: They are currently working on a negotiated a scheme at Gallions Reach, Becton. The project is a £65 million development consisting of 6 RC Frame blocks up to 12 storeys totalling 238 units for a large RSL. Position: We require an Assistant Site Manager to report to a Senior Site Manager on a block. Individual: The successful candidate will have ambition and drive to progress. Previous experience with a main contractor is preferred although candidates from developers will be considered. Experience on residential projects is essential as is a proven track record of successfully running schemes of a similar size.
