* Associate / AD Building Surveyor * £70,000 €“ £90,000 + 15% contractual bonus + Hybrid + Package * Consultancy * Oxford Circus, London Are you an Associate or AD level Building Surveyor looking for an employer that can offer contractual bonuses, a strong varied workload, and rapid progression with a genuine opportunity for equity? Person Specification: Associate / AD Building Surveyor * Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying or associated subject * Chartered MRICS with considerable post qualification experience * Strong project experience and/or experience in TTD or project monitoring. * Excellent communication skills Roles & Responsibilities: Associate / AD Building Surveyor With clients across the commercial, industrial, retail and prime residential sectors, and projects randing ranging upto £150m, you can have access to all areas of work or you can focus in one particular area, depending on your experience. You will be client facing and professional. You will have a commercial mindset, ensuring that you are nurturing and growing relationships wherever possible. Salary & Package: Our client is happy to offer a salary between £70,000 €“ £90,000 DOE + contractual 15% over target bonus (guide £10k-£25k) + package.
