Bid Manager True are partnered with a Renewable Energy & M&E specialist. They€™re a principal contractor, they alleviate the task of meeting net-zero targets from Local Authorities, they decarbonise Commercial buildings by replacing dated M&E and fabric with new sustainable alternatives. They€™re looking for a Bid Manager. This role will be crucial to the business€™ success in coming years. Your role will be to manage and oversee the Bid & Tender process for Frameworks across the UK. Projects will take the form of Schools, Colleges, Universities & Hospitals, between the values of £5 – £20M. You€™ll be supported by an experience Pre-Construction, Operations & Design team who will feed you with the relevant information, glamourised by an in-house marketing team. They€™re looking for a Bid Manager with some experience in Construction, M&E or Building Services, preferably someone who has a background producing tender packages which focuses around sustainability. Key Requirements: * Construction, M&E, Energy or Building Services experience * Self sufficient and experienced producing tenders and coordinating teams Bid Manager package: * £80,000 Base Salary * 30 Days Holiday * 10% Pension * Healthcare * Death in service * All travel and accommodation paid for (Should you ever need to travel)
