On behalf of our client, Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Building Surveyor for a contracting role. The Building Surveyor role will include: Social Housing Major Works or New Build surveys. Surveying pre and post works. Complete and deliver technical reports directly to internal teams and contractors. Liaise with management and support staff throughout the surveying process. Candidates Must Have: Social housing Major Works or New Build surveying experience Health and Safety legislation knowledge Surveying qualification or experience Technical knowledge of a wide range of housing stock Extensive Knowledge of Building Maintenance and diagnostic techniques
