Key Responsibilities: Managing and overseeing maintenance tasks across four schools in Wolverhampton. Ensuring the security and safety of the premises. Conducting routine inspections and addressing repairs promptly. Collaborating with the facilities management team to coordinate maintenance schedules. Adhering to health and safety protocols to guarantee a secure working and learning environment.Requirements for the Caretaker Role: Previous experience as a Caretaker or in a similar role is advantageous. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a secure and well-maintained environment.
