Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Carpenter for a Perm role. Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Repairs and Maintenance team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future. The Role: * Responsible for 1st and 2nd fix carpentry on domestic properties. * To provide reactive maintenance of domestic properties and communal areas. * Locksmith duties * To fault find and ensure satisfactory fault rectification. * To complete full installations and associated works. * To use a PDA to manage and record daily work. Essentials: Full Driving License (company van provided with this role) Desirable: NVQ Level 2/3 Carpentry or City and Guilds Previous social housing experience Package: * Private Pension Scheme * 20 days Holiday + Bank Holiday * Career Progression Working Hours: * Monday – Friday * 42.5 Hours Per Week * 8:00 – 5:00pm Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £36,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
