Children€™s Home Deputy Manager Full Time – Permanent Salary: £29,400 – £35,700 Hours: * 40 hours per week €“ Full time * Adhering to a monthly rota * On call duty rota as directed by the homes manager We are seeking a highly-skilled, motivated and experienced candidate for a Children€™s Home Deputy Manager position. Our client is a provider of residential children€™s services, and they specialise in providing the highest standard of care to Children and Young People. They aim to create a safe, homely environment in which the children and young people feel emotionally & physically secure, and thus facilitates the guidance & the development of their self-esteem and full potential. Working as a Children’s Home Deputy Manager, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the children and young people, providing a safe and secure place for the children to flourish and motivating and supporting a team of support workers and senior support workers to meet the needs of Children and Young People. Minimum requirements for this Children€™s Home Deputy Manager position are: * Hold a Level 3 qualification in residential childcare * Have two years of experience working in a Residential Children€™s Home * Leadership experience in residential childcare * Experience working with young people with challenging behaviours * Full UK driving Licence
