CPL Healthcare have an exciting opportunity working as an Residential Support Worker for growing private client based all across London with various sites. As a Residential Support Worker in a Children’s Home, you will play a pivotal role in providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and young people in care. About the role: You will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives: €¢ Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people living in the home. €¢ Ensure the safety and well-being of the residents at all times, following guidelines and procedures. €¢ Plan and engage residents in age-appropriate recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities. €¢ Assist in managing challenging behaviours, working closely with the team to implement behaviour support plans. €¢ Maintain accurate records and reports on the progress, incidents, and developments of residents. The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: €¢ Previous experience in a similar role. €¢Understanding of the needs of children and young people in residential care. €¢ Knowledge of child safeguarding practices.
