Client Experience Advisor Salary basic up to £30,000 pa Birmingham My client is a manufacturer of high-end hardware and interior design products. They supply all across the UK, Europe and US. They have a team of expert designers who provide exquisite service to ensure their customer receives the exact product they desire with the tiniest detail within their specification. This needs to matched by the quality of service provided by the Customer Experience Team. The suitable candidate will have experience in a customer-service role, using initiative and a proactive approach to deliver excellence in customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. You will have a positive, can-do attitude, are a team player and can effectively find solutions to problems.
