Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working on a great opportunity for a successful window and door business based in Essex. They are looking to recruit a commercial Estimator who has experience with UPVC and Aluminium windows and doors to join their team. Our client has been manufacturing Upvc & Aluminium windows and doors for the domestic, trade and commercial sectors for many years and is known for the excellent product range and customer experience. The right candidate for this position will have current or recent experience Estimating windows and doors for the commercial sector. The role: * Liaising with customers/clients to understand requirements and manage expectations * Advising and supporting customers with specification and compliance queries * Extracting information from tender drawings to allow quotations to be prepared and submitted within agreed timeframes * Support with estimating and processing commercial quotes and orders * Use the software Business Micros Evolution for processing and estimating * Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm The candidate: * Current or recent experience estimating windows and doors in the commercial sector * Experience using Business Micros or similar software * Be able to work towards tight deadlines * Experience in the construction industry and understanding of construction tender drawings * Excellent attention to detail * To be able to manage own workload * Proactive, confident and reliable * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal If you are a window and door estimator with experience in the commercial sector and you would like to find out more, please click €˜apply€™ or contact GUY at Chase Taylor Recruitment and quote reference number MM3668
