Our client is a specialist contractor who are a market leader in the design and build of offsite hybrid engineered structures. Their approach combines structural precast concrete, insitu concrete and steelwork to deliver modern structures, including the buildings external facades as required. They operate within many construction sectors including, commercial, residential, industrial, custodial, healthcare, schools and infrastructure. They have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to join their London team on a permanent basis. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of assigned projects in alignment with the companies delivery strategy. This involves leading and mentoring the project team to achieve on-time delivery, effective risk management, and maintaining exceptional standards. Skills and Requirements: Proven history as a Construction Project Manager in the UK Experience working with Precast Concrete is advantageous. Proficient in Asta PowerProject. SMSTS & First Aid certified.
