Well established and respected Groundworks/Basement construction company based in London require a full time Contracts Manager.

££Excellent package, including vehicle provided,  for the right experience.

Permanent position.

Must have full clean driving licence.

The ideal candidate will be well experienced in Groundworks and Basement construction and must be confident in overseeing ongoing projects in London and the Home Counties as well as being involved with assisting in the appraisal of new projects.

Applicants must be reliable, trustworthy and capable of working on own initiative. 

Site supervision experience is highly valued.
