Contracts Manager

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Contracts Manager with the opportunity to work with an established contractor in and around the London area and surrounding home counties. You will be running numerous projects day to day and will be responsible for managing the whole site and will be leading a team consisting of a Site Manager and a labourer, who will be reporting to you. You will be reporting into a Contracts Director. These projects will be retail shop Fit Outs. The ideal Project Manager will: Have CAT A + CAT B Fit Out experience Have experience in delivering Shop Fit Outs. Experience successfully running retail fit out projects as a Site Manager or Contracts Manager on retail fit out projects independently Have experience with dealing with sub-contractors Have ability to travel across home counties and LondonWhat’s in it for you?
