Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Manager – Social Housing Refurb / Decarbonisation London & Hertfordshire £70K – £80K + Car Allowance + Benefits We are working with a leading Social Housing / Regeneration contractor to recruit a proactive Senior Contracts Manager to deliver planned works to tenanted social housing properties across London. All projects are part of long term partnerships with Local Authorities and Housing Association clients, including internal, external and decarbonisation refurbishment schemes, including: kitchens/bathrooms, window and door replacements, roofing renewals, cladding & EWI, sprinkler installation and fire stopping & compartmentation. We are looking for candidates with comparable experience working for a Main Contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Senior / Contracts Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Project Managers, Site Managers, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors. Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Manager Key Skills/ Requirements: Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing / planned maintenance projects Focus on the motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget Focus on quality, customer service and deliver Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering of extra works Client and tenant satisfaction Process Management Management of the customer Have an understanding of the financials on the contract SMSTS & NVQ Level 6 or equivalent Knowledge of MS ProjectContracts Manager / Senior Contracts Manager Salary & Package: You will be working for a modern, forward thinking business; that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the groups success.
