Future Build Recruitment €“ Contracts Manager Future Build Recruitment are currently searching for a reliable Contracts Manager for a main contractor in the social housing sector dealing with external refurbishments. Our client will be delivering a planned maintenance for various Local Authroities in West London. You will be working closely with the operations director overseeing multiple contracts approximately £10M in value. Responsibilities * Oversee and manage the contractual aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. * Review and negotiate contracts, including drafting and finalizing contract terms and conditions. * Collaborate with project teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and project specifications. * Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. * Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, resolve any contract-related issues, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. * Maintain accurate project documentation, including contract modifications, correspondence, and change orders. * Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding contractual matters and dispute resolution, if necessary. * Foster positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns or disputes promptly. About you · Valid qualifications €“ SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness · Sound knowledge of Health & Safety · Stable career history with recognized contractors · Experience in delivering with one or more of the above elements · Experience working with tenants in situ · Previous experience overseeing social housing projects.
