Contracts Manager €“ Specialising in Voids, Legal Disrepair & Maintenance Frameworks £65k-£70k plus package London and Surrounding Regions   About the Company   In collaboration with one of the UK’s leading Social Housing Contractors, our client is at the forefront of transforming the social housing landscape through Planned Maintenance and Housing Association Frameworks across the South East. Awarded prestigious contracts with NHMF, Fusion 21, and several key housing associations, their collaborative mission focuses on elevating residential living standards via comprehensive refurbishments, complex disrepair solutions, and dedicated maintenance work.   Our client specialise in voids, legal disrepair projects, and broad-scale property refurbishments, committed to excellence in residential and communal building works, including net zero carbon initiatives and passive fire safety works.   The Opportunity   In a pivotal expansion phase, our client requires a Contracts Manager with a deep understanding of the social housing sector, particularly those with experience in contractor-side operations linked to frameworks like Swan Housing, Genesis, Hyde Housing, and Clarion Housing.   This role involves delivering exceptional void and disrepair projects, alongside property refurbishments and maintenance.   As the Contracts Manager, you will: Oversee a dedicated team of site and project managers to ensure the highest delivery standards across our legal disrepair, voids, and maintenance projects. Champion quality assurance, health and safety, and volume control, with a hands-on approach to site management and subcontractor liaison. Drive additional work through strategic coding, valuations, and close collaboration with the commercial team, leveraging your connections to enhance our supply chain. Adapt to the dynamic requirements of our projects, delivering bespoke solutions within our measured terms agreements. Preferred Experience and Qualifications: Extensive contractor-side experience in social housing frameworks. CSCS Card (Black Management Card or academically qualified white card), SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid at Work, NVQ L6/7 or equivalent in Construction Management. CIOB Membership and MS Projects Training are desirable.
