Key Responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, managing their contracts and accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth, collaborating with teams to develop solutions Develop and implement strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer expectations Effectively communicate product updates, service enhancements, and industry insights to clients, fostering a consultative and trusted advisor relationship Proactively address and resolve customer concerns, working closely with internal teams to deliver prompt and effective solutions Be the key contact for any invoice related queries Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base Provide regular reports on account performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement Requirements of the Customer Account Manager: Proven experience as a Customer Account Manager or similar role in a B2B environment preferably into Depots or similar environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyse data and draw insights Proactive and results-oriented approach Excellent organisational and time management skills Technical knowledge of vehicles advantageous Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and working practices If you are a dedicated and experienced Customer Account Manager looking for a new challenge, we invite you to apply
