Job & Company Summary Electrical Project manager required for a large residential development in Canary Wharf. The company is a well established MEP contractor, successfully delivering many large mixed use and residential developments throughout London. Duties & Responsibilities * Ensuring compliance to NICEIC standards with current regulations and methods. * Identifying and organising materials. * Preparing regular project status reports and highlighting key milestones, risks and issues. * Preparing H&S documents RAMS and ensuring Health & Safety is adhered too. * You will be responsible for managing and delivering these projects to the required deadline and to a budget, along with carrying out site surveys and client meetings * Manage the complete project lifecycle. * Liaise and communicate with estimating, commercial & contract teams. * Attending weekly progress meetings, design team meetings, client meetings while acting as a company representative, running through project scopes and providing technical expertise. * Management of site staff and Sub-contractors Person Specification / Qualifications * Electrical Industry Experience. * Working on projects from £1m – £6m (electrically) * You will have a minimum of 5 years€™ experience as an Electrical Project Manager working within the M&E Building Services sector * Relevant Electrical / Building Services Qualifications and Industry Certificates * Good level of IT skills * Excellent communication and client facing skills In order to apply for the electrical project manager role please forward a CV ASAP.
