Electrical Project Manager £60,000 – 65,000 per annum + 5k Travel Allowance Permanent Lewisham / Central London Job Role Streamline are currently working with a great M&E contractor who are looking for a Electrical Project Manager to join one of their Critical Division. This would be ideal for a Electrical Project Manager who lives in the London and wants to join a commercial contractor with a lot of projects on their books at the moment. Company Overview The company that Streamline Recruitment are currently liaising with one of the most established M&E contractors within London and have a brilliant reputation within the industry. The business are very busy across their main sector that is predominantly commercial & Data Centre Sector. Duties * Reporting into a Project Director * Attendance of meetings on-site * Dealing with sub-contractors * Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time * Overseeing site teams * Working on multiple projects at once * Project values ranging from £500,000 – £5,000,000. * Reporting into clients & the site team Requirements * Working for a M&E sub – contractor is essential * Has experience within commercial projects * Looking for an individual who has a technical knowledge * Had experience producing / working rams, drawings * Stable CV * SMSTS or CSCS Black Card is needed
