Our clients are building and civil engineering companies providing a portfolio of contracting solutions and construction services to the build environment. These companies work in a variety of sectors such as commercial and residential. We are currently looking for Facade/Brise Soleil Louvre/Rainscreen installers(2 positions available) to work within this industry working within London and the South East (M40/ M4 corridor). We are looking for fitters preferably with experience but also someone who is a good team worker and will be willing to step in and carry out labourer responsibilities when required. Initially this will be a 3 month probation period moving onto a permanent position if successful. Rate on application. Role due to start asap. Self-employed basis. PAYE taken at source. Required: UK Driving licence Own transport Good understanding of spoken and written English Valid CSCS card including Health & safety (1day course) New legislation requires all operatives applying or renewing a CSCS card to hold an NVQ Level 2 Harness certificate, IPAF 3a & 3b, manual handling, all an advantage, but not essential. Will be working at height. Experience in working on both commercial and residential building sites. No Agencies or teams working away from home. No lodgings available.
