FIT OUT Site Manager – Hospitality

We are working with an existing client who are looking for a Fit Out Site Manager to join their team. The Site Manager will be based on a project in Birmingham for a year working on a highend hospitality project, then you will be based in London. The Idea candidate would have experience on Refurbishment and Fit out Hospitality projects and be happy to stay away. Fit Out Site Manager will: * Manage the project and day to day running * Manage the Sub-Contractors * Make sure Health & Safety is adhered to at all times * Monitor and make sure the programme is running to schedule * Complete daily Site diary * Liaise with the Client regular The Fit out Site Manager must have/be: * A detailed knowledge of Fit out and Refurbishment hospiality projects * Excellent communication skills * A stable employment history * History of completing projects on time * Organised * Very driven * Strong heath and safety record * Excellent problem-solving skills If you meet all the Fit out Site Manager requirements above, then please get in touch.
