Job Title €“ Foot Mobile Engineer Job Description My client is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and property services and has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mobile Foot Engineer to join the team based on-site at our client’s offices in Central London for one of our key Clients. Job Summary To be a Key member of the Maintenance team, ensuring safe and full operation of Hard Services whilst taking consideration for the clients, staff, visitors & other service provider€™s needs. To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Proactive and Reactive works to all Electrical systems in accordance with agreed service levels. Working independently or in a team to complete all maintenance and servicing tasks. The day to day works being undertaken would be to carry out mainly the planned maintenance of the above systems where applicable, however when required the engineer would need to undertake Building Fabric repairs and to oversee contractors ensuring compliance and job competition. Role Summary 1. Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment and systems to meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements. 2. Respond to Building Management System alarms, and effect emergency repairs as needed. 3. Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out maintenance of the sites plant. 4. To develop a good working relationship with all members of staff and the various client€™s staff & Contractors. 5. Complete and return job sheets to allow records to be kept up to date. Ensure all tasks issued are completed in agreed SLA times & if there is a risk this cannot be achieved then seek assistance from Supervisors 6. Assist Engineering staff in duties as required. These can include low level fabric tasks such as touch up painting, electrical/mechanical tasks or basic plumbing tasks. 7. Ensure that professional and technical skills are maintained through a commitment to personal development and life-long-learning. 8. Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI€™s/SLA€™s. 9. To ensure tasks as directed are completed with the appropriate H&S awareness/implementation. 10. Overseeing and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance Core Competencies * Electrical Competences / Qualifications to a minimum or equivalent to City and Guilds 236 Pt 2-3 Electrical qualifications to 18th Edition * A Recognised or Time Served Apprenticeship * Good Multi Skilled Ability * Ability to supervise contractors * Able to write Risk and Method Statements * Able to understand and write Permits
