Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor – Outside IR35

Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors. Our client, a medium sized residential contractor specialise in the new housing market. Working for repeat housing associations & councils, they have a full order book for 2024 already. The project is a £15m basement dig and part new buid in Zone 1 Central London, completion early 2025. Turnover for the business is around £65m and they are growing their team due to workload and project wins in recent wins. We have placed commercial staff previously with the business and have a very open relationship with this client. They give full autonomy to commercial staff, please expect to be working as a full 360 degree QS (from procurement to final accounting) This is a long term freelance opportunity for the right candidate, we are able to pay outside of IR35 due to the circumstance.
