Key Responsibilities: Administer training workshops and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Maintain accurate training records and provide support during delivery sessions. Contribute to the design and delivery of engaging training programs. Lead the annual Training Needs Analysis and assist in managing recruitment and mentoring schemes. Generate reports and oversee the learning management system. Collaborate with external vendors to enhance learning opportunities. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Motivated, high-energy individual with strong initiative. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel. Ambitious and eager for career progression.
