Hunter Masons client are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a temp to perm basis. The initial contract is set for 12 Months with the option to extend for the right candidate. The role will be number 1 Mechanical and Electrical site manager on our residential apartment project (278 apartments) in the centre of Birmingham. Key Responsibilities: €¢ Supervise and lead a team of Mobile Mechanical and Electrical Engineers in delivering high-quality facilities maintenance services. €¢ Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards. €¢ Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues. €¢ Utilise your mechanical or electrical background to troubleshoot technical problems and provide technical guidance to the team. €¢ Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address their needs and maintain strong relationships. Requirements: €¢ Background in either mechanical or electrical disciplines is essential. €¢ Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within facilities maintenance. €¢ Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. €¢ Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to technical challenges. €¢ Full UK driving licence.
