Jobsworth Recruitment are now hiring Mechanical Project Managers for our client in the Wolverhampton area. Our Mechanical Project Managers will be required to work under the Senior Project Managers; analyzing project specifications, information gathering for accurate estimations, preparing cost estimates which cover all expenses, secure competitive pricing from suppliers, maintain and update databases , communicate with project teams and clients. We are looking for Mechanical Project Managers to have previous technical experience as either an Estimator or Project Manager in the mechanical industry and must understand; M&E design, installation techniques and safety. Quick and efficient thinking is key as problem solving will be apart of the role and being proficient when using estimating software tools. Although you would mainly be working independently having the ability to work well in teams is crucial as you will be apart of the Project team over all and will need to work with them whilst managing a mix of smaller and larger projects. Qualifications/Requirements: * Previous Technical experience in Plumbing and/or Air Conditioning within the commercial sector * Full UK Driving Licence * Understanding/ experience with estimating software * Degree or HNC/HND in Building Services (or equivalent technical experience) Salary: £35,000-£40,000 + Benefits (depending on qualifications and experience) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company car * Company pension * On-site parking Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * Technical project management: 1 year (required) * Technical experience in Plumbing or Air conditioning sector: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required)
