Mechanical Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Mechanical Working Supervisor to join a Tier one M&E contractor to work on one of their commercial scehemes in Central London. As a Mechanical Supervisor your duties & experience will consist of the below. Duties and Experience * Fill the gap between a Working Supervisor of our subcontractors and Construction Manager . In their role they will be responsible for installation of pipework, plantroom equipment and HIUs in 1 of the buildings. CM, PM and Project Engineer will provide managerial and technical support, but a certain level of autonomy is required. * Have a couple of years€™ experience as supervisor or looking to move up from a Working Supervisor to Supervisor. * Have some experience with subcontractors * Have the necessary industry qualifications (SSSTS, CSCS etc.) * Needs to have some experience with HIUs (ideally installation, commissioning, troubleshooting) * Needs to have experience with testing and flushing of hydronics systems (building services and/or underground) * Needs to have some experience in installing plantroom equipment * Needs to be able to read and understand technical drawings and other technical documents * Good work ethics and time keeping * Good communication skills, as he€™ll need to establish and maintain good working relations with other contractors and client€™s site personnel
