MEP Project Manager / MEP Senior Project Manager

Job Description

Are you a MEP Project or a MEP Senior Project Manager ? My client is looking for MEP Project Managers up to Associate level to work on a wealth of projects across Real Estate such as Commercial, Fit Out, Mixed Use, Industrial and Residential. You will be from a consultancy background, and will take responsibility for end to end service delivery and project manage commissions from a MEP perspective. This is a technical role and you will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent working knowledge of LEED and BIM, and a MEP Engineeering qualification. Duties include * To interface with the client and other consultants throughout the project * Full responsibility for the project from preconstruction to construction commisioning and close out. * Monitor and advise upon project finances and manage the flow of project information * Cordinate the MEP design, installation and commissioning * Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards and regulations If you have proven experience within a similar role, and are looking for a forward thinking consultancy who offer unlimited career development opportunities, please click below to apply now !
