Mobile Handyperson Build Recruitment are currently seeking a Mobile Handyperson or Multi Trade Operative for a temp-to-perm position, based in East London. This position will provide a van, fuel card and PDA, and is required to cover Dagenham and surrounding areas (5 mile radius) Responsibilities of the Mobile Handyperson: Providing building fabric maintenance expertise across several clients, mostly within Public BuildingsUndertaking minor and major building repair works under the following trades: Painting and Decorating Plumbing Carpentry About you as the Mobile Handyperson: Experienced in a variety of maintenance trades such as plumbing, carpentry, brickwork repairs, painting, and decorating Recognized qualifications in relevant trades Well-versed in building regulations and safety standards Organized, punctual, and dependable Possession of a full, clean UK Driving Licence (essential) If you are a skilled Handyperson, Fabric Maintenance Technician or Multi Trade Operative with experience in various maintenance trades and are seeking an exciting new opportunity within an existing maintenance contract, please send us your CV by clicking ‘Apply Now’!
