Multi Trade Operative

Job Description

A well established main contractor based in London are currently on the look out for skilled multi traders to join the business. Ideally you would have experience working on social housing frameworks and have dealt with Kitchen and Bathroom replacement experience. This role is to work on scattered properties in North London on a day to day maintenance project with a well known housing association. Responsibilities: * To receive instructions from the supervisor and carry out repairs * To achieve and demonstrate a high level of customer care * To report to and liaise with the Supervisor to ensure efficient service delivery * To act responsibly and be diligent in carrying out those duties * To comply with Health and Safety legislation * To wear personal protective equipment which is supplied and be responsible for yourself and others * To comply with the codes, policies and procedures of the employer If this position sounds of interest please apply and a consultant will be in touch to discuss further Job Type: Permanent Salary: £34,000.00-£37,000.00 per day Benefits: * Company car * Company events * Flexitime * On-site parking Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekend availability
