Multi trade supervisor – North West / West London

Job Description

We are looking for a Multi trader supervisor role in the NW area, so they must live with a 3-5 mile radius from the area as they will predominantly be working in the Barnet, Brent, West London region. The pay range will be between 38-42k, van, fuel card, laptop to be applied. You will be supervising approx 3 – 6 operatives per site. Head office is in Enfield. The role will be open to either a supervisor or a senior supervisor role where they will be reporting to our contracts managers and working collaboratively with another supervisor in the same region . The role will include disrepairs, day to day and minor voids/decants. The role will be predominately operational but will need an understanding of SOR’s and have a reasonable commercial understanding. Previous experience will be required. There will be an incentive plan in place where we provide an increase after 6 weeks within the agency period. This will be dependent on your skills and on the basis, you are meeting the businesses performance requirements. The role preferably will be temp to perm however flexible if you have a promising cv and fills the Client with confidence that you will be a perfect fit for the role.
