Planner/Development Manager

ACR are currently working in conjunction with England€™s largest provider of newly built affordable housing who have an outstanding opening for a Planner/Development Manager to join the business out of their London office based in the West End. Duties include: * Carry out the senior oversight, coordination and execution of all day to day Town Planning activities across the entire development lifecycle from Acquisition, through Delivery, into Operations. * At each stage, the Planner will ensure that Town Planning team€™s tasks are carried out such that Sage is adequately protected from risks arising out of Town Planning and related obligations. * This will include review of sites at Acquisition stage providing due diligence and peer review. The review of sites against contractual compliance and presentation to senior management together with risk profile and mitigation strategies. Specialist Town Planning advise relating to matters of enforcement and non-compliance. * This role will require extensive liaison across various Sage teams, Employers Agents and with Developer and Local Authority counterparts and stakeholders.
