Plumber We require good quality and experienced Plumbers to work a 3 month contract to work within the Borough of Hounslow. In addition to the areas listed below, engineers will need to be committed, resourceful, and ready to work in a maintenance capacity on several sites. JOB ROLE & DUTIES Maintenance/ Domestic Work Must have Driving Licence Must have NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing Social Housing work responsible for Installing, maintaining and repairing pipe including joins, valves, drains and fixtures. To carry out a range of multi trade works EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Full PPE 2 x references from previous employers (these can be names and telephone numbers for us to call) Valid ID / Right to Work in the UK. English Speaking. A valid driver’s licence. NVQ level 2 in plumbing or carpentry as the primary skill. Minimum of three years of service. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Fluent English speaking ability. Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to work under pressure. Excellent customer communication abilities. Own Tools.
