Production Operative – Entry Level Opportunity

As our company continues to grow, we are now looking for Production Operatives to take on entry level positions within our manufacturing environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be trained and develop skills and experience in manufacturing with our amazing company.
As a Production Operative, you will undertake full training and join our manufacturing team producing the components for our beautiful Greenhouses and Glasshouses. You will be part of a team that ensures your work is completed to a very high standard, ready to be assembled and installed at customers’ homes.
After completing your training, you will be working within a manufacturing environment, which will include hand operated and automatic machinery, production saws and similar manufacturing equipment.
Although no experience is necessarily required, to be considered as a Production Operative, you will need:
– The ability to work as part of a team
– The ability to work to targets and deadlines
– Attention to detail
The following information would be an advantage:
– Experience in using CNC double headed mitre saws
– Experience of working within a manufacturing environment, handling aluminium or similar products
Due to our location in Greenfield, a driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be beneficial.
