Project/Operations Director £190k to £240k Salary Plus Package and Project Bonus Super Prime Residential Central London Amida are working with a high net worth conglomerate organisation who is seeking to appoint a Project Director to work as the number 1 on a high spec ultra-prime residential scheme in Central London, valued over £100million+. The project is a Grade 1 listed building opposite a prestigious London location and will involve extensive heavy cut & carve packages. As the client is not looking to engage with a main contractor, this person will be solely responsible for the project reporting into the Chairman, so the ideal candidate would need to be technically astute, commercially aware and have excellent supply chain/procurement contacts. Your duties will include: Accountable for working in a team environment, providing support and project direction to the entire project Responsible for providing project direction to ensure the safe, successful, cost efficient and timely delivery of all packages and enabling and providing as necessary, effective risk management and problem resolution Take full responsible for all aspects of project, including development, engineering & design, supply chain & subcontracting, fabrication, construction, MEP and commissioning Develop, manage and provide personal input to the client Provide guidance and to personally manage all site-based construction staff, through early identification of issues from project reporting, project meetings and other inputs Proactively set health & safety standards and culture for all assigned projects and to take appropriate action where necessary to reduce safety risk Effective resourcing, setting up projects and closing them out Ensuring best health & safety practice along with quality project controls and reporting and effective risk management If you would like to hear more about this Project Director position and lead this prestigious £100million+ scheme, please apply now.
