Our client are specialist in commercial / industrial refurbishment and have an immediate requirement for a Senior project manager / Contracts Manager. The role involves overseeing 2 fit out projects in London, each valued at £4.5M Candidates must have: * Experience with small / medium sized contractors * Very good / excellent experience with Microsoft Office, including Project or an alternative Project Software * Good knowledge of MEP * Client facing This is a 6 months contract that starts immediately.
