Job Description

Our clients are one of the UKs leading house-builders and are currently looking for an Intermediate level Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. Ideally this person will be based in Birmignham area or the surrounding regions and have previous experience within the residential sector. The successful candidate will work on residential schemes within the region with days working from a regional office and the occasional opportunity to work from home (depending on project requirements). Successful applicants will meet the following criteria: * Minimum 4-5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with residential/ house-builder experience or knowledge. * Preferably come from a HNC or above background in Quantity Surveying, however we will also consider candidates who have progressed within a company to gain their QS experience. * Knowledge of experience of COINS system would be advantageous, if not then training can be provided. * One of the most important aspects we look for in candidates is their passion and drive, we are proud of the projects we deliver and whoever joins the team needs to have that same enthusiasm on delivering excellence
