Job Description

Position- Quantity Surveyor Salary- £60k + benefits Location- South East London Our client is a tier 3 main contractor based in Southeast London with projects based across central London. With two sides of the business, joinery and fit out our client specialises in Commercial, Residential, Hotels and modular build. However, if working on the commercial side, experience or knowledge in joinery will not be necessary. We are looking for a QS who is confident in procurement and pricing variations independently, with the opportunity in the future to run their own small projects. With a turnaround of £60m our clients projects are typically valued between £5-£50m, with 15 live projects across various sectors around central London and the West end.
