* Quantity Surveyor * Building, Civil Engineering and Rail sector €“ New Build, Refurbishment, Maintenance * Based in Bexley or SE1 * £Neg. + Bens * Flexible working * 28 days holiday Company A successful, family run contractor that has been established since the 1960€™s completing various building, civil engineering and rail works throughout the Southeast. Projects range from small maintenance works through to new build and refurbishment works up to £15m in value. They have an enviable reputation for their projects completed and an admirable order book for 2023/24. Quantity Surveyor A commercially and contractually aware QS is now required to join their commercial team and take financial responsibility for a recently awarded multi-million development scheme in SE1 and some refurbishment Frameworks in the Hampshire area. You will be fully involved in projects from initial pricing through to final account completing all traditional quantity surveying tasks. You will: * Be HNC/Degree qualified beneficial but not essential. * Five years plus experience within Quantity Surveying. * Relevant sector experience €“ Build, Civils and Rail * Commercially and contractually aware * Excellent communication, negotiation skills and polished client facing. * Highly motivated and keen to develop.
