Our client, based in Central London, is seeking a skilled Drylining Quantity Surveyor to contribute to their prestigious residential and commercial projects. Renowned for their expertise in drylining and ceilings, our client works on prestigious developments valued at £1.5M to £3.5M, across London and the South-East.. The role of the Quantity Surveyor As a Drylining Quantity Surveyor, you will be instrumental in the successful delivery of projects. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, your key responsibilities will include: * Managing project budgets and prime costs * Handling valuations and payment notices * Developing detailed cost budget plans * Maintaining quantity schedules and pricing * Collaborating closely with the site team * Gaining exposure to contract management duties To be successful as a Quantity Surveyor, you will need to possess the following: To thrive in this role, you should have: * 3-5 years’ experience specifically working on drylining projects * Proficiency with JCT Contracts * A degree in Quantity Surveying or similar field * Ambition and a drive to excel in your career Benefits: In return for your expertise, our client offers a competitive salary ranging from £55k to £65k, accompanied by an attractive benefits package.
