Quantity Surveyor – Fit Out

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for our client who is a leading interior fit out contractor who predominately operate within the retail, leisure, commercial and residential sectors. They predominantly service a broad range of blue-chip clients and they are now looking for at least two Quantity Surveyors (fit out) to join the team on a permanent basis. The successful applicants will be required initially to look after an account which is currently running at £60m+ annually. The client has 3 offices nationwide – Sheffield, Park Royal (North West London) and Barnsley. This role will be predominately based out of the North West London office. The client is happy to accommodate remote working, however working patterns will be discussed further at interview. Very competitive packages on offer for the right individuals. Skills and Requirements: BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent 2+ years’ experience as a quantity surveyor within a similar type of fit out contractor Ideally previous experience working within the retail sector (fast paced/large volume) Strong IT, analytical, communication and negotiation skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Happy to undertake site visits when required Multi-tasker who remains calm and effective under pressure Car driver – desirable Working references – requiredIf interested, please get in touch via contact details provided or click “Apply” to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
