Role: Regional Lead (CDM/ Principal Designer services) Location: North of England (Offices in Manchester, Liverpool & Leeds) Sector: Property and Construction Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 + car allowance + benefits + annual bonus Carriera is excited to partner with an award winning multi-disciplinary property & construction consultancy who operate across the UK. Our client is looking to appoint a Regional Lead for the North of England to oversee growth and development of their CDM & Principal Designer service in the area. Our client has been established for over 75 years with 1100+ staff across 10 offices throughout the UK. Due to growth of the business unit in recent years, and ambitious plans for their offices in the North of England, they are recruiting for an experienced senior level CDM/ PD professional to join the team with a focus around strategic growth of the region. The role will be focused around developing new clients, bringing together the different offices in the region and working collaboratively, delivering CDM/ PD services on larger projects, overall development of the team and responsible department P&L. Our client operates within a range of sectors including; residential, commercial, education, university, motorsport, infrastructure, technology, renewable energy, aerospace, heritage, hotel and leisure. The role would suit a senior safety professional who has previously worked for a property & construction consultancy due to the nature of the work and client facing aspect, and someone who is familiar with the North of England and has client relationships across the region. The Person: NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable) NEBOSH Construction or equivalent. Membership to IOSH or APS. Experience at operating at a senior level within a business. Previous experience of managing teams of safety professionals. Excellent knowledge of CDM 2015 Regs. Knowledge of fire safety or Building Safety Act. Full UK Driving License. Excellent verbal and written communication.  Apply: Competitive salary up to £80,000 (DOE) Car or travel allowance.
