Job Description

As an Ofsted Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the leadership and management of our childcare services. You will be responsible for ensuring that our settings meet and exceed Ofsted standards while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and quality care. Your primary responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: Ofsted Compliance: Ensure that all settings are fully compliant with Ofsted regulations and standards. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of dedicated childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes to continually enhance the quality of our childcare services. Child Safeguarding: Oversee and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in our care. Parent and Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, guardians, and external stakeholders. Budget Management: Manage the budget for the setting efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated effectively. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancement. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by Ofsted. Qualifications: Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (or equivalent). Ofsted Registered Manager experience in a childcare setting. A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
