MMP Consultancy currently have an opportunity for a Repairs Surveyor to join a Housing Association to cover a geographical patch of Ealing, Wembley & Slough My client is looking for someone who has experience within a similar role. This role will be a remote based position and will include flexible working. This will be a interim role for 6 months paid at £250p/d Umbrella. Main Purpose Of The Job: To provide a comprehensive Surveying resource for the Assets Department, covering all aspects of Responsive Repairs & Maintenance Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Repairs & Maintenance Inspections Pre & Post Inspections Managing complaints Working with contractors Managing own diary and attending inspections Preparing specificationsTitle: Repairs Surveyor Day Rate: £250p/d Umbrella Location: Ealing, Wembley & Slough. (Remote Working Role)
