Position Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Residential Children’s Support Workers to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have prior experience working within a residential childcare setting and a genuine passion for making a positive impact on young lives. Key Responsibilities: * Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting. * Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all residents. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans. * Engage in regular supervision, training, and development opportunities to enhance professional skills and knowledge. Requirements: * Proven experience working within a residential childcare capacity. * Ideally, hold a valid driving license. Own transport is not required to carry out daily responsibilities as pool cars are provided. * Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Training and Development: Our client prioritises the growth and development of their staff. All Residential Support Workers will receive comprehensive training in line with The Children€™s Homes Regulations and Standards. Additionally, all staff members are required to have, or work toward, a Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People€™s Workforce. For new employees without this qualification, they offer on-site support and assessment with external training providers.
