An experienced and ambitious design focused Project / Senior Architect is required to join an award-winning, Architectural practice, who are one of the London€™s leading studios in their office right in the centre of the city. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a market leading Architectural practice who are working on some of the latest, large-scale Residential and Commercial projects in the UK. Package £40 – £50,000 p/annum (commensurate with experience) Hybrid working €“ 1 day per week working from home Pension Additional annual leave Additional benefits  Role This position would be ideal for a design-led ARB registered Architect with at least 5 years post-Part 3 experience who is looking to develop their career. You will be joining a well-established team of Architects, delivering on projects in the Residential, Commercial and Mixed-Use sector through all RIBA Stages 0 – 3. Ideally you will be, highly creative and design orientated with a preference for working on early-stage conceptual design. You must be fully proficient in the use of AutoDesk Revit and will be utilising the software on a daily basis. A strong communication ability is essential as you will be liaising with several teams internally as well as clients and external stakeholders. Requirements Degree Qualified and ARB registered as an Architect A minimum of 5 years€™ post-part 3 experience Proven experience managing small teams of Architects and Assistants Experience of large scale Residential, Commercial or Mixed-Use projects is essential Fully proficient user of Revit is essential Confident working on projects through stages 0 – 3 A high-quality portfolio of previous work Excellent communication skills are essential (written and verbal)
