Legacy Strategies are hiring on behalf of our client in the civil engineering industry for the role of Senior Project Manager. Our client is looking for someone to become a crucial part of their team who will manage projects efficiently. Full-Time/Permanent Key Roles and Responsibilities: * Monitoring project timeframes and budgets, managing budgets effectively, and identifying and addressing risks, challenges, and solutions. * Creating and amending project plans as needed throughout the project. * Organising and managing internal and external project meetings. * Promoting safety and ensuring team compliance with legislations and policies. * Investigating accidents or incidents on site and reporting findings to leadership. * Ensuring client requirements are met consistently and on-time. * Supervise and ensure you are encouraging a positive workforce that strive to achieve at the best of their abilities while taking care to abide by health and safety protocol. Requirements: * Valid CSCS card. * Experience in managing large scale projects. * Related industry qualification e.g in Project Management. * Able to work well within a team as well as independently. * Key verbal and written communication skills. * Able to make reasonable adjustments to project plans as and when required. * Able to build and maintain working-relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
