Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

We are looking for 3 Contract / Interim Senior Quantity Surveyors outside of IR35 (Consultancy Agreements) – Locations South East England and London These are sited based roles. Ideally 10 years plus experience; Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in major Civils, Building and / or complex M&E projects. Experience in waste to energy plants would be ideal, but not essential. Must have experience managing complex subcontracts including taking off where necessary, contract management, cost planning, valuations and variations €“ both main contract and subcontract. Membership of RICS or similar would be advantageous albeit not a pre-requisite. Locations South East England and London
